Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant

A Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant is required to join a highly regarded High Street Firm. The role will be based in South Birmingham

Our client is a highly regarded high street firm based in the South Birmingham and are looking for a Legal Assistant to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team. They offer a first class service to private and corporate customers and provide a full range of legal services. You should be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant with at least 6 months experience working within Residential Conveyancing.

The following experience is essential:

Knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing Process
Using a Case Management System
Land Registry Searches and Preparation of contracts
Drafting of Transfers and Completion statements
Filing, Copy Typing and Audio Typing

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly regarded multi service high street firm that are looking to grow their Residential Conveyancing department. The successful applicant will initially assist fee earners and solicitors with their files with a view to managing their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files as they gain more experience. This is an opportunity not to be missed for an ambitious and driven Legal Assistant looking to build their career within Conveyancing. Please note applicants with Residential Conveyancing experience will only be considered for this role.
