A progressive, modern and forward thinking Personal Injury practice based in Chester, which due to an ever increasing number of instructions, is seeking an additional experienced Credit Hire Litigation Executive (Fee Earner/Paralegal) for its dedicated specialist Credit Hire team.
The existing Credit Hire team has grown dramatically over recent years due to their on-going success, and they now require an experienced Credit Hire Litigation Executive to join their busy team, to handle a full caseload of litigated Credit Hire matters from initial instruction through to settlement.
You will have a minimum of 12 months' previous experience in Credit Hire, or in an RTA role, which encompasses litigated Credit Hire issues extensively to be considered for this Credit Hire Litigation Executive role. The firm has a busy and dynamic atmosphere coupled with an active social scene, so will best suit an outgoing and motivated individual.
The successful Credit Hire Litigation Executive will be rewarded with a competitive salary, in line with previous experience (guideline of up to £24,000), and affords real opportunities for development and progression.
