Our client is a boutique corporate specialist law firm based in Corby. They are currently undergoing a rapid period of growth and as such requires a key hire for its corporate commercial team. You will have a fantastic opportunity to join a genuinely supportive and fast paced environment that specialises in advising owner managed, and family owned businesses and companies nationally. Our client has clients in a variety of sectors including publishing, manufacturing, logistics, leisure, property development, retail and online trading, food, public houses and restaurants, and IT software and technical support.  

You will be a qualified solicitor with around 2 – 3 years’ PQE within corporate commercial work. As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be used to dealing with share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture arrangements, option schemes, and will be able to lead on transactions from inception to closing. You will be well versed in general corporate and commercial advice and also have a proven history of fee earning within this environment.
