Immigration Solicitor

Are you an Immigration Solicitor with 2 years' PQE+ looking for an exciting new role in central London? Due to expansion, this small to medium sized law firm is recruiting across several departments.

The firm has an ambitious growth strategy and has recently acquired some smaller practices and lateral hires. The Immigration team is seeking an Immigration Solicitor to work very closely with one of the senior partners.

You will cover matters involving:

• Tier 1 and Tier 2 Applications;
• EEA Applications
• Entry Clearance
• Leave to remain
• Judicial Review and appeals
• Asylum Applications
• Tier 4 Sponsors

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Immigration Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE, or more
• Private immigration law background, although applications will be considered from those with legal aid experience
• A commercially aware self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
• An ambitious team player with recent and relevant immigration law experience
