Description:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Derivatives Lawyer to join a global bank in London. The role will include advising on a range of financial markets products across the banks functions within the treasury team.

Key in house counsel responsibilities:

• Providing advice and legal coverage on the treasury funding and investment divisions across the bank's functions where derivatives expertise is required.
• Legal coverage in relation to derivatives trading and market instruments.
• Playing a key part on legal matters relating to the group's ring-fenced bank.
• Advising and dealing with the company's stakeholders.
• Dealing with complex regulatory and governance matters.
• Opportunity to lead on specific projects.

Key skills:

As the Legal Counsel, you'll have 5+PQE (however a different level of experience will be considered if you meet the requisite standards, the figure given is indicative) dealing with complex and in depth Derivatives and regulatory matters. You will have strong technical experience within the derivatives field and be prepared to deal with a wide range of matters and stakeholders.
