Trade Mark Paralegal

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Mark Paralegal looking to accelerate their experience in the profession. Suited to a candidate looking to develop and progress their trade mark experience, the Trade Mark/IP team at this hugely successful practice is eclipsing all others. They are attracting attention for the quality of work and indeed the calibre of professional attorneys/solicitors and support staff joining the team.

A rare opportunity for someone to gain experience with direct client contact, this is an empowered role and therefore Trade Mark experience is required as is excellent interpersonal skills, together with accurate written and verbal English language ability.

Duties and Responsibilities will involve the whole spectrum of Trade Mark portfolio management including;-  Pre– filing, Prosecution, Publication, Registration, dead line management & Disputes. To qualify for this role, successful candidates will have at least 1 year’s hands on Trade Mark paralegal/administration experience.
