CORPORATE LAWYER - Singapore

OFFSHORE - Corporate Lawyer - M&A- Funds - Private Equity - 2-6 pqe - SINGAPORE ( UK/BVI/Cayman qualified )

We have a very strong relationship with the recruitment partner of this leading international firm who is looking to add to their busy corporate and funds practice in Singapore. We are seeking a corporate lawyer with between 2-6 years post qualification experience in corporate and/or funds and fund formation. The role will include funds work but are also interested in candidates with a corporate background and Japanese language skills.

The successful candidate will join an exceptional team which is seeking a self-starter with a strong academic background, commercial acumen and strong technical ability gained from working on large and complex deals at another leading or top international firm.

Strong corporate candidates with no funds experience but with a real interest in moving into the field are encouraged to apply. Japanese Language skills and Private Equity experience would be a plus.
