Case Manager

We are looking for a dispute resolution/case manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an experienced team. The team are dedicated to helping patients and health professionals resolve disputes. The work is highly rewarding, the successful candidate will be able to make a worthwhile contribution to the organisation.

The post holder will be responsible for managing a caseload of enquires and complaints,  from first contact to resolution - at all times acting fairly, efficiently, transparently, and with speed.

Ideally, applicants will have experience managing a caseload. It is essential that applicants can demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical skills, a track record in effective communication, as well as a commitment to high standards of customer service and delivery against targets.
