Clinical Negligence Lawyer NQ-4 PQE

One of the leading national law firms in the UK, with offices across the country. Advising private and public sector clients, this law firm are offering the opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their London Office.

Your new role
You will join the firm's Clinical Negligence department, reporting to the partner and head of department, where you will work on a variety of clinical negligence matters. This will include claims and complaints against the NHS, the firm also acts for leading private insurers.You will manage a varied caseload of pre-action and litigated matters, acting on behalf of NHS Resolution NHS Trust and defence of negligence cases.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an NQ-4 PQE Lawyer with defendant clinical negligence experience, with notable experience with NHS Panels. You will have gained your experience within this practice area for an equally leading practice and posses the gravitas to work with clients and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
