Residential Development Solicitor: Newcastle

Our client is a national firm with a global presence and a solid commercial law team leader and they are looking for 2 further residential development solicitors to join the newcastle team. You will be NQ up to around 7PQE

The Real Estate team at this firm has a key role to play in delivering on the sector strategy. Lawyers work across specialist teams, drawing on their strengths to deliver commercial solutions for the clients.

The Residential Team is now looking for recruits to join them to strengthen the national offering.

The team act for a number of corporate investor, national house-builder and social housing clients, specialising in the acquisition, disposal and management of residential development and investment sites, across the UK, which is likely to be your core caseload in this role The transactions are often high value, complex and offer excellent opportunities to be involved with some of the best quality work in the regions. There will be plenty of opportunities for client contact and you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with these contacts. Business development is also an important aspect for all of our clients lawyers, and you will be expected to contribute to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation of and attending client events, writing articles for the website or other publications and other marketing activities.
