This exchange is looking for a litigator with experience in Financial Services regulation, regulatory investigations and enforcement work to join its team of lawyers, forensic accountants and regulators. The team advises companies listed on the AIM and Primary Market. In this number two role, you will be responsible for investigating and preparing cases from beginning to end, you will have excellent analytical skills and be an strong communicator.
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top City firm, have at least 8 years' experience in dispute resolution within the FS sector and have a genuine interest for working for a regulator. Knowledge of the AIM Rules is a plus but not essential.
