Personal Injury Team Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced personal injury team manager, solicitor, or legal executive to join a leading regional law firm.

In this personal injury team manager role, you will be based out of the firm’s purpose built Chesterfield office, and will work alongside a close nit team of paralegals, executives, and solicitors.

The firm has built an excellent reputation within this area of law and you will work alongside an experienced management team who will help support you as you become more integrated into the firm.

Along with a professional demeanour, the firm is looking for a team manager that can demonstrate the following:

• Strong leadership skills
• Clear understanding of CPR and litigation procedures
• Willingness to undertake business development
• Strong understanding of case management systems
• Good understanding of a wide range of personal injury

To be considered for this personal injury team manager role, you will need a minimum of five years’ post qualification experience within personal injury, and extensive knowledge of employers’ liability, public liability, and road traffic accidents. Successful candidates will have previous experience leading a team, or supervising junior members of staff.
