Our client has a legal team of 4 lawyers and can provide training, development and support to a NQ - 1 PQE solicitor. This is a unique opportunity for a junior lawyer to move In House. You do not need prior In House experience.
This opportunity is based in Birmingham.
Description
We are looking for a Corporate / Commercial solicitor:
· Review legal agreements
· Negotiate supplier agreements
· Work software license agreements
· Reviewing product warranties
· You will review indemnities and limitation clauses
This role will suit a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor who would like to move in house.
Profile
You will be an NQ- 1 PQE Solicitor who is looking to move In House. You will have good academics and at least 1 - 2 training seats in Corporate / Commercial departments.
