Legal Counsel NQ-2yrs (US Fund)

An Asset Finance Income Fund which is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange wish to hire a junior lawyer (NQ-2yrs) to be primarily responsible for negotiating the commercial terms and focusing on asset finance and project finance transactions. You will work along side the General Counsel who will offer excellent training and support, whilst working closely with senior management.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior corporate/commercial lawyer looking to make a transition from private practice to an in-house client facing role. This position reports to the General Counsel, where you will become the first member of the new legal team. You will work closely with some of London's most highly regarded investment bankers rewarding you with first hand knowledge and an enjoyable/friendly team of colleagues.


The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified with a well regarded law firm or investment bank(NQ-2 PQE). You will have solid corporate transactional knowledge and excellent oral/written communication skills. In-house experience a plus but not advantageous. For the right candidate, an excellent base salary and car allowance is on offer.
