A boutique investment management business based in London.
Description
Reporting directly into the CEO your role will likely be split between advising on deals which will take up the majority of your role and assisting the CEO on day to day legal matters and projects.
Profile
The successful candidate is likely to have trained and qualified at a top tier firm in London. As is the nature of a sole counsel role you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and advice on a wide variety of legal work, however, there will be a particular focus on corporate, insolvency and restructuring matters so it is vital that candidates are able to demonstrate strong technical experience in these fields.
Job Offer
Six figure salary (depending on experience) + excellent bonus potential.
