This is a much more varied Private Client role in a mid-size city law firm. With a mix of both old and new money the challenge comes with the breadth of the work for some very interesting clients ranging from heritage estates, current media stars and sporting celebrities. The team not only deal with more traditional tax, trusts and estates but they also provide a more holistic 'business adviser' approach to their service offering, more akin to a family office type structure. The firm's private client team build strong relationships and really get under the surface of what the clients do, therefore really becoming a trusted adviser.
If you are looking to move away from the run of the mill private client role, this will certainly not disappoint. There is a genuine route to Partnership in a team that is looking for succession planning. The portfolio you will inherit has bags of potential (there is scope to easily double the revenue from it) and the firm have an excellent track record of referrals, new client wins as well as building out from existing clients.
The firm welcomes new initiatives and ideas, so this is really a collaborative and dynamic team that are always looking to improve and stay ahead of the curve.
This is a role that would suit a highly enthusiastic, proactive and 'go getting' type of person. Ideally you will have at least 6 years of high end private client experience from a Top 30 practice or strong boutique.
In return you will receive a highly attractive salary, very flexible working hours ( and the ability to work from home quite regularly) and smart business casual.
