A large international insurance company is looking for an employment lawyer in their London office for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role is to advise the Legal Counsel and HR in relation to Employment issues across the business globally.
A successful candidate will have expert knowledge of UK employment law and experience of working ideally in Insurance or financial services. Prior experience at working independently in handling employment tribunal claims, and advising in detail on outsourcing, grievances, disciplinary procedures, TUPE, employment contracts, restructures, redundancies, and settlement agreements is needed.
