This well known Retail Organisation is looking to recruit an IP lawyer into its highly respected legal team.

A well know Retail Organisation.
Description
As an IP lawyer you will be responsible for the following matters:
- Strategically advising on IP protection for a variety of brand projects.
- Advising on and managing a broad range of IP disputes (hard and soft IP).
- Drafting and negotiating IP aspects of commercial contracts.
- Advising on all aspects of marketing campaigns.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified IP lawyer with a mixture of both hard and soft IP experience from a top tier law firm and ideally an in-house organisation (either a permanent role or on secondment).
You will need to have managed IP disputes, global trade mark portfolio's and ideally be able to work autonomously.
