TO £110,000 (20% tax)
Our client is a leading tier offshore law firm with a high calibre corporate and finance team based in Jersey. The team advises in relation to a wide range of local and international corporate M&A (public and private), private equity structures, capital markets, joint ventures, IPOs, restructuring and commercial transactions.
You will have a strong academic, training and professional background, and have at least five years of corporate finance experience, gained within a top tier UK, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm.
For solicitors based overseas, an attractive relocation and remuneration package is available.
