Locum Family Solicitor

Locum Family Solicitor – June start – 9 to 12 months – Choice of office locations

An exciting opportunity has become available for an accomplished Family Locum to provide locum cover during maternity leave. Our client, a specialist Family Law Practice, is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a mixed private family caseload, from a choice of office locations.

You will be responsible for managing a private family law caseload which will incorporate cases relating to divorce, finances, children arrangements, civil partnerships, co-habiting couples and mediation.

The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate. You will hold previous experience in using case management systems and have proficient IT skills. Although secretarial support is not provided, you will be supported by a capable Administration Team.

The team pride themselves on their client care therefore it's essential that you adopt a client orientated approach.

This role is particularly attractive due to its choice of office locations and long term duration of 9 to 12 months. The firm are offering flexible and part time working hours for the right candidate, and additionally have the added bonus of car parking at two of three sites and accessible on street parking at the third.
