Are you a Law Costs Draftsman with between 18 months' and 4 years' experience in Costs? Have you dealt with Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Legal Aid and/or Inter-Partes Claimant Costs files? Are you looking for an in-house role with a Legal 500 law firm? If so, keep on reading!
My client is a respectable and highly-awarded law practice with offices in the City and Greater London area. They currently have an opening for an ambitious and talented Law Costs Draftsman; the vacancy is based in Essex. The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
- drafting Schedules of Costs and high-value Bills of Costs for Provisional and Detailed Assessment,
- critically assessing Points of Dispute and drafting Replies,
- preparing Precedent Q,
- drafting Costs Budgets (Precedent H),
- conducting successful negotiations ensuring the best recoveries of Costs are achieved.
