My client is a Niche boutique law firm with offices in Manchester and Cheshire, they specialise within corporate, commercial and property matters. They would like to expand their team further by bringing in a Commercial/Corporate solicitor with less than 5 years PQE experience.
The role
To manage a personal caseload and assist the Senior Partner with his caseload of various commercial and corporate matters, files consist of but not limited to;
- Transactional work
- General commercial
- Shareholder/Partnership disputes
- Terms & Conditions
The candidate
The successful candidate will be NQ to 5 years PQE; will have experience of commercial and corporate work ideally managing a caseload. They will be excellent communicators both written and orally
