Real Estate Lawyer - International Law firm - Manchester

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor and a more experienced Associate to join the rapidly expanding Real Estate team of an international commercial law firm. To be based at their Manchester office. Salaries between £45k and £65k.

Our client is a well-established Commercial law firm, who have a network of offices across the UK. They provide the full range of commercial legal services to an impressive array of blue-chip and institutional organisations.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor and an Associate to the team in Manchester.

Both roles will require the successful applicants to assist in helping the Real Estate team in Manchester grow and will require the candidate to become involved in a varied and mixed work load across a variety of sectors including development, landlord and tenant and other transactional property work. For the junior role you will ideally have at least 1PQE in Real Estate gained with a city, national or recognised regional law firm, backed up with strong academics. For the Associate role it's felt that you will have the necessary supervisory experience at around 5+PQE. However these are purely as a guide and I would welcome Real Estate Solicitors at all PQEs to get in touch. The firm could even consider an NQ who has had a training contract with good quality Real Estate seats.
