Commercial Property Solicitor

Are you seeking a new commercial property role in beautiful St Austell in Cornwall?

This established large Cornish client is now seeking an additional solicitor to inherit a live caseload of commercial property matters from day one. 
 
You will inherit a full and broad caseload of commercial property work to include the sale and purchase of freehold property, acquisition of development land, investment by SIPP’s and SASS’s, property aspects of business transfers, landlord and tenant, lease renewals and rights of way matters.

It is important that you enjoy working autonomously, as initially you may be the only "commercial services" lawyer in this busy St Austell office. You will however be fully immersed in the wider commercial team with regular meet ups. In time you will likely start to build a team around yourself.

You will have dedicated secretarial support. 

This client is one of the bigger players in Cornwall and as such you will have a strong background in fee earning as a commercial property solicitor, possibly from another regional firm, although this is not essential. 

Genuine progression opportunities for enthusiastic go getters, looking to make a name for themselves locally and across Cornwall and St Austell.   
 
Salary to circa £45k depending on experience. Both qualified commercial property solicitors and legal executives will be considered.
