Rullion are currently working on behalf a national company.

They are looking to recruit talented Data Protection Lawyer on a permanent basis to ensure they are compliant for GDPR.

You will take a lead role in developing a GDPR strategy and progressing the business in preparation for GDPR.

Acting as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) you will need to perform gap analysis in regards to their current Data Protection processes and ensure their current processes are compliant with GDPR regulations.

You will act as the main point of contact for all data protection/privacy issues (both inside the company and with external regulators), liaising with IT, Procurement, HR in regards to all Data Protection issues.

In this newly created role, your remit will require you to work closely with stakeholders/ CFO/CEO’s to provide practical advice and support on a range of privacy issues. 

Given the high-profile nature of the business Rullion are representing this hire is extremely critical so the ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Data Protection/Privacy law. You will have an outstanding background, with experience gained at a top-tier city law firm or in-house in a similar position.
