Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive

Our client is a strong established law firm dealing with Property, Family and Litigation work with a need for a Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive to join the team.

The Role

Running a caseload of Claimant files without supervision however with the senior partner as a mentor on more complex and varied cases including:

·         RTA

·         Accidents at Work

·         Horse Riding accidents

·         Industrial Disease

·         Faulty Products

·         Professional Negligence

·         Fatal Accidents

This is a snapshot of the work you will be exposed to and have the ability to widen your knowledge on both contentious and non-contentious work. The firm are keen to have a dynamic lawyer to be able to make a judgement to settle and make sure that you are doing the best for your client.

The Candidate

• You will have a minimum of 1-2 years as a Solicitor or Legal Executive running your own caseload without supervision on Claimant Personal Injury work.
• The ability and need to want to learn more is essential in this role.

This is an excellent opportunity   for a PI/Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive looking for a move to a forward thinking law firm.
