NEW ROLE - Commercial Property Lawyer - Preston

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the lancashire office of a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm. Salary upwards of £35k depending on experience.

The client is a full service law firm, well-renowned for their Property work. Their Property department is recognised as a market leader in the North West with specialisms including general company/corporate property support; acquisitions and disposals; construction; development work; landlord and tenant; finance and lending; property litigation with specialist experience in Housing Association, Brewery and Local Authority work; planning advice including planning applications, appeals, urban regeneration, social housing and leisure developments.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an additional Solicitor to the team in Preston.

You will ideally have 1PQE in Commercial Property, but I would welcome applications from NQ Solicitors with at least one training contract seat in Property, backed up by strong academics. Desirable experience of: commercial lease acquisitions; commercial disposals both freehold and leasehold; general landlord and tenant; DD (title review, searches, enquiries and then reporting) amongst other areas. Experience in agricultural/landed estates, construction, environmental and planning would be advantageous but not essential.
