A Commercial IP/IT Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with a full service, regional firm based in the centre of Leeds. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package along with excellent working conditions and opportunity to progress.

The role will involve; ICT contracting, outsourcing, e-commerce and web-based issues, data protection,privacy, general commercial work and IP matters
You will have solid experience of commercial IT transactions, outsourcing and/or systems supply deals. You will also have some experience of data protection, compliance and advice and an interest in technology though you will not necessarily be from a science background.

There will also be IP work with the firm having a strong IP/TM team. This role will suit someone from a leading Regional, National or International firm who want to work for a firm who value their staff and from day one will be introduced to leading clients. The ideal candidate will be 5+ years PQE and be able to come in and hit the ground running from the off, salary will be very competitive.
