This quality law firm are seeking an Employment & Litigation Lawyer to join their dispute resolution team in Southampton.
You will be:
- self motivated
- ambitious and driven
- able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
With this opportunity you will work in a strong team and take on a variety of quality employment matters and some general litigation. Your workload will include:
- Advising on settlement agreements
- Dealing with contentious and non contentious employment matters
- Assisting the Director with contract disputes, debt recovery, property and Inheritance Act claims.
You will be expected to contribute to the department and company’s business development.
More experienced lawyers are also invited to apply as the firm are open minded as to experience and qualification as your personal attributes and skills are key.
