Corporate Tax NQ-3PQE job with international firm based in Bristol


Your new firm
This established, international law firm are looking for a junior Corporate Tax Associate to join their award-winning team based in Central Bristol alongside a widely experienced and knowledgeable Tax team.

Your new role
You will be providing strategic tax advice on high value corporate transactions, both nationally and internationally within a supportive and rewarding culture. The role will involve transactional planning, structuring and completing all relevant documentation. You will be providing high profile clients with strategies to support them with meeting their business objectives. Clients will include high-profile publicly listed companies, family owned businesses, management teams and investment funds.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious lawyer and will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of UK and cross-border tax rules and structures. Depending on your level of qualification, you will be able to provide corporate tax advice on a wide range of areas, including property, finance and other commercial transactions, as well as having a demonstrable understanding of UK and cross-border tax rules and structures. You will have excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail. Applications from NQ's who have completed a Corporate seat during their training contract and can demonstrate their interest in pursuing a career in Corporate Tax will also be considered.
