Well known firm with a national presence is now looking to augment their Commercial Property offering with the appointment of a solicitor at NQ-3 years PQE.

You will have trained and gained experience at well known city or regional firm - and you will have had tangible experience across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters - leading or assisting on commercial property transactions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant work, landowner issues, property development and general freehold sales and purchases. The role will suit someone who enjoys business development and marketing.

Whilst any kind of following would be of interest, the main attributes required by the firm here is actually experience and knowledge.

You should be someone who can tailor your service to the individual needs of your clients.

Relocators will be considered but you should be able top demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Cambridge area.
