Corporate solicitor NQ+ PQE
A great corporate opportunity for a newly qualified corporate solicitor in the Newcastle area.
Ideally for this role we are looking for junior and more newly qualified solicitor that has experience in a range of corporate matters. You will need to have completed your training contract at a good quality firm with a seat in either corporate or corporate commercial. There is an element of flexibility with regards to PQE and we will welcome applications to discuss if could be right for you.
The quality of your experience is important but the length of that experience is less significant. The workload will include: mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and working closely with SMEs, alongside other general corporate matters.
