Your new firm
This reputable international firm is looking for a 2+PQE lawyer to join their corporate team in Cheltenham at an Associate level. This leading firm are experts across a wide range of industries, covering both business and personal needs.

Your new role
Working within a large and successful Corporate and Commercial team, you will be drafting and negotiating relevant transition documents, providing key support within the team and delivering advice to clients on general corporate related issues. You will also be advising on key documentation and assisting on investment advisory mandates. The teams work often has a cross jurisdictional element.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced lawyer with 2+PQE in a relevant field. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, in order to provide an exceptional service to clients. You will apply a commercial and business-like approach to you work and will have strong technical expertise. Ideally you will possess some international experience.
