We are currently working with an exciting law firm in Birmingham to appoint an experienced Commercial Paralegal into their Commercial team.
About the Senior Commercial Paralegal role:
You MUST have previous experience in a Commercial Paralegal role for 2 years minimum.
You will be assisting in a leading Midlands-based Commercial team that acts for a range of businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Specialising in the drafting, review and amendments of commercial contracts
- Reviewing provisions and drafting standard terms and conditions for supply purchase, agency and distribution agreements
- Registering trademarks and carrying out reviews
As the Senior Commercial Paralegal you must have previous Commercial or Commercial Contracts experience in a law firm. You will possess a great eye for detail and have exceptional organisational skills. Your commitment to the team focused culture is imperative.
