Our client, a long established law firm with offices in East Lancashire and Ipswich are seeking to appoint a driven and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their office in East Lancashire
The role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Completion covering; Sales & Purchases, Leases, Mortgages, Buy to let, New Builds and Transfer of Equity.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 Years PQE within Residential Conveyancing and possess a driven and ambitious personality to assist in the growth and development of the Property department and firm. Additionally you will possess excellent client care skills.
