An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Immigration Solicitor to join a Camden based niche practice. The firm covers the full range of Immigration and Nationality law, including immigration for business, family and study purposes; international protection and Human Rights cases; and EEA free movement cases. They also have a strong reputation for undertaking contentious work including appeals before the Immigration Tribunals and Judicial Reviews. The successful Immigration Solicitor will have sufficient experience to handle a caseload in their own right, albeit you will have an industry leading partner to support your work.

All of the firms work is privately funded and their clients come from a range of backgrounds presenting a wide variety of really interesting immigration and human rights matters. The successful Immigration Solicitor must be able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to provide high quality legal advice and excellent client communication skills. It is strongly desirable that the successful Immigration Solicitor has prior experience delivering specialist legal advice in immigration, refugee, human rights and nationality matters, as well as preparing cases for the First-tier and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber. Law Society Accreditation at Level 2 is an advantage but not a necessity for the role.
