No marketing or business development needed!! This established and reputed firm is certainly very busy in their residential property team!  

The firm is seeking an established and accomplished residential conveyancing solicitor or legal executive ideally with at least 4-5 years’ experience.

In this exciting residential conveyancer role you will become the Team Leader, and will be supported by two, very accomplished, part-time assistants. 

Your case load will be broad to include advising on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, leases and tenancy agreements. 

Ideally you should enjoy working autonomously, and be capable of making your own decisions, although help and support will be provided when necessary. 

So if you are an excellent residential property solicitor or legal executive, who perhaps does not enjoy the business development/marketing aspects of working in a law firm, then this could be the ideal role for you. You can concentrate on what you do best - conveyancing! 

Based in beautiful Wadebridge you will enjoy all that Cornwall and the South West can offer. 

Candidates with ties to the area who are committed to relocating will be considered, as will local solicitors or legal executives looking for a new challenge. 

Excellent salary depending on experience + up to 5% employer pension contributions.
