Residential & commercial Property Solicitor- Our clients, a well-regarded high-street practice with superbly situated offices on the Kent/Southeast London border are now seeking a further property solicitor to manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property.
Due to planned retirement our client is now seeking a c.3+years PQE solicitor or legal executive with a strong knowledge of conveyancing and who can actively market and develop the department.
You will be expected to manage a busy caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales & purchases of houses, flats and commercial premises, remortgages, development projects, new builds and commercial leases & licenses.
The ability to deliver excellent customer service goes without saying as they are well known for their client care. You will be joining a busy, friendly and well managed practice.
