An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer has arisen with a top British car manufacturer.
The role is focused on dealing with the day to day conduct of global commercial litigation and supporting the business on these matters including litigation projects working with brand protection. You will be responsible for drafting a reviewing pleadings, statements and instructions to counsel as well as managing external law firms and budgets, as well as other responsibilities such as advising on settlements and developing strategy.
Candidates must be UK qualified lawyers and have trained with a well-regarded law firm. Previous in-house experience is an advantage but not essential.
