A highly reputable Legal 500 firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to work in its court of protection team.
This practice has been established for many years. It is a very busy firm with an excellent reputation.
To be considered for this role, you must have court of protection experience as this role will be assisting a Court of Protection Solicitor in their cases in which they make decisions relating to the property, finances and welfare of people who lack mental capacity.
