The firm have an exciting new role for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their East London office.

You will work alongside an experienced Partner dealing with an exceptionally high quality of work.

The role will be based in Stratford, East London. The firm has an HNW client base with many of their clients living abroad. The Corporate and Commercial department currently consists of a team of two, a Partner and a mid-level associate.

You will deal with; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

• Would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take a step up in terms of responsibility
• You will have between 2-6 years PQE in Corporate Commercial work

• Can work without supervision
• You will deal with a client base that has been built up over several decades
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
