Tax specialist sought within a leading practice based in Hampshire.
The Firm
A leading practice with a network of offices across the UK, our client is a highly regarded firm with experienced and dedicated staff offering services to both business and individual clients. They pride themselves on providing expert advice and a high quality personal service, allowing them to achieve the best possible solutions. With particular strengths in areas including property and private client, they are now seeking a talented Tax Specialist on a permanent basis.
The Role
A rare opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Tax Specialist to work alongside a specialist Private Client team in Lymington. With strong technical skills and solid experience in tax, the successful Specialist will advise both HNW and UHNW clients on income and capital gains tax as well as dealing with internal queries and overseeing the firm’s compliance function. Previous experience advising on UK taxes for non-resident and non-domiciled clients would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
Keen to get involved with business development, the successful Specialist will participate in initiatives for the department and practice as a whole and build and maintain strong client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of five years’ PQE;
You will be technically proficient with experience in a broad range of tax matters;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
Experience providing advice to non-domiciled and non-resident clients on UK tax is advantageous but not essential;
You will be personable and professional with a keen eye for detail;
You will have a flair for business development.
