Corporate Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a leading UK regional law practice and has been voted in the top tier for Corporate Finance in both the Legal 500 and Chambers.

THE ROLE:

The firm is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic corporate lawyer to join a busy team advising both commercial and private clients on a wide variety of matters to include commercial contracts, aquisitions, takeovers, investment and fund raising.

You will be involved in all aspects of work including mainstream private company M&A acting for both buyers and sellers.

THE CANDIDATE:

To qualify for this role you will be a corporate lawyer NQ-4PQE with strong academics (2:1 degree or above) with solid corporate experience gained with an established regional or national firm with a recognised corporate practice.

You should have a good understanding of advising on shareholder agreements, MBO's and MBI's with a commercial and solutions-oriented approach.

You should also demonstrate strong marketing and business development skills with an aptitude for developing and presenting training seminars and workshops.
