Corporate Paralegal

In-House Paralegal - Major Global Conglomerate 

A major global company are currently looking for a paralegal to join their London team and provide paralegal support to the Company in connection with the operations of the Company’s owned, leased, managed and franchised businesses in Europe. You will be assuming a principal role in supporting day-to-day legal needs of the company and be the primary point of contact for those seeing legal assistance. You will be assisting in preparing, negotiating, and amending vendor, sales and other operational agreements; reviewing client-generated documents and determine if they are in conformance with the firm’s standard contractual requirements; conducting and summarizing legal research as requested and drafting and responding to legal correspondence and memoranda, including audit enquiries.

It is essential that you have at least two years’ experience in real estate and corporate work, sound judgment, excellent written and communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to continually changing work priorities and ability to meet simultaneous deadlines in a fast paced environment.
