Legal Adviser- Compliance

Our client, an award winning leading international healthcare provider, is seeking a Legal & Compliance Advisor on a Permanent basis, to join their Legal Services Team based in London.

Principal duties will include but are not limited to;

*Providing a legal service to the group, ensuring legislative compliance.

*Assisting and advising on all aspects of compliance and regulatory law, including GMC, NMC, HSE, CQC, MHRA, PHE, CMA, HTA, HFEA matters.

*Supporting all Litigation / contentious casework.

*Assisting with all aspects of Ethics Line complaints / generic whistleblowing matters, including investigating and drafting reports.

*Dealing with patient complaints, investigating and advising on the merits and substance of complaints.

*Supporting the Ethics and Compliance Officer with their day to day role, including design and delivery of Ethics training throughout the group.

*Reviewing and advising in relation to reports that are issued by the hospitals to regulatory authorities pursuant to mandatory reporting legislation.

You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE*. You will also need to have a solid background working in Legal and compliance.
