Property Paralegal
Established property law firm based in North East London are looking for a residential property paralegal to deal with their high profile clientele. You will be acting for first time buyers and you must be capable of explaining the process, ordering searches, liaising with the developer’s sales team, dealing with requisite help to buy forms, pre-completion and mortgage work. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with new clients and act on your own initiative.
You must have at least 6 months experience as a residential property paralegal and have an understanding of all searches and procedures. This role would suit a paralegal with a genuine interest in residential property and is looking to progress their career in a London law firm.
