Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Recent expansion has created a requirement for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Sheffield office of a full multi service law firm. The role is offered on a permanent full time basis, although they are happy to consider candidates who are looking for part time

On a day to day basis you will be required to manage your own case-load of Residential Conveyancing matters. You must have experience of handling both leasehold and freehold Residential Conveyancing files, including complex matters. You will be dealing with estate agents and clients from instruction through to post completion, handling all elements in between.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have worked within Residential Conveyancing for a minimum of 2 years and be able to hit the ground running. Self managing and highly motivated, you will be computer literate and have a thorough understanding of compliance in this area of law.
