Residential Development - Partner level hire - 8 years + PQE - Norwich
Support with relocation available.
Salary dependent on experience but highly competitive with a basic of up to around £100k (potentially more for those with a following) plus bonuses and a long list of other benefits which make up one of the best benefits packages on the market.
This role may be of particular interest to solicitors currently working in London or other large cities but are perhaps keeping an eye out for roles that will allow them to escape the hustle and bustle of the large cities without taking a step back in terms of the quality of work and continue your career within a senior position in one of the UKs leading departments.

The recruiting department acts on behalf of an impressive array of clients made up of well known private development companies and housing associations. They offer a full range of services in relation to both residential and commercial development matters covering work such as acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, option agreements, site assembly, overage arrangements, Planning and environmental issues, regeneration schemes, plot sales and funding matters.
They are looking for someone to come in at a senior level and help drive forward their residential development department. They allready have a strong reputation in the residential development sector across central England and East Anglia but there is plenty of scope to develop in this area as well as further afield. They are looking for someone dynamic with the ability to nurture current relationships and develop new ones.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE in dealing with residential development matters within a well regarded city, national or regional commercial firm and will be looking to progress their career within a high profile commercial practice.
You will be keen business developer who has developed a good reputation for themselves in the residential development sector with good links and strong connections and a desire to build this further. The residential development team forms part of the larger commercial property team which is one of the largest specialist commercial property teams outside of London.
This firm see this appointment as a key strategic appointment to enable them to push ahead with their ambitious expansion plans and it is very much part of their succession plans.
This role may lead to equity partnership to someone who can show their worth to the business.
