Our client is based in Birmingham and has a strong global presence. They are considered to be global leaders within the field that they operate within.
Description
As a Commercial Contracts Manager you will work closely with and be supported by our client's North Western European Legal Team.
You wont just be pigeon holed to one sector, this role will have you working across numerous sectors, examples of which include industrial, oil & gas and construction. Clients will be based both throughout the UK and Europe.
On a day to day basis you'll be responsible for the reviewing, drafting and negotiation of multiple commercial contracts. Examples of contracts that you will be working with include but are not restricted to NDAs, Supply of Services, Novations, Framework Agreements etc. Due to the impressive international client base you can expect some of these contracts to have a cross over with other jurisdictions.
Profile
Perhaps you've reached a ceiling in your current role and want a new challenge or perhaps you want exposure to commercial contracts with an international element to them. If you're able to demonstrate a solid track record of reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts then it's definitely worth exploring this opportunity further to see if it can offer you something a little different.
It is also expected to come from a legal background i.e. have completed a law degree, GDL or LPC.
