CORPORATE LAWYER 2+ - COMPETITIVE SALARY

As a lawyer in this Corporate team you will work with some highly regarded partners in the Manchester market and receive a mix of work with deals covering every thing from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments. The client base you will advise will also be second- to-none and will encompass the hotel and leisure, biotech, life sciences and manufacturing sectors.

The team are now recruiting for an experienced Corporate Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE in dealing with transactions, gained with a city, national or recognised regional firm backed up by strong academics.Extensive Corporate experience is not necessary for ambitious and driven individuals as training can be provided. The work will predominantly involve good quality mergers and acquisitions for larger corporate clients though there is potential to gain exposure to private equity investments.
